PEACHES AND DREAMS (BBFD) Introduced in 2007. One of our favorite introductions this season, it drew the most attention at our annual dahlia festival this summer. An outstanding 5” beautiful peach flower that blends to a soft yellow in the center of the bloom, and when cut, the bloom's yellow center becomes very distinct as the flower ages. This variety is an excellent cut flower with tremendous laterals that will flourish all summer long on its 4 1/2' bush.
This product ships in the Spring.

Planted this flower on April 2012. Plant grew fine, but flowers were very scarce and came 3 weeks before the first frost. I would not have been able to see any if I had not cut the flowers off right before the frost. Funny thing is that the dahlias that had been left in the ground in 2011 did better overall that any of 4 dalhia variety which I planted in 2012.
I left the bulb in the ground and hope that the plant will return. I am not sure if the two star rating means 120 days to flower after the tuber is planted or after the plant is growing. Maybe you should warn folks in advance about the 1st year.
