How to Grow

Dahlias are grown from tubers (similar to a bulb, but thin-skinned like a potato). Plant tubers in the springtime, about the same time as you would your vegetable gardens or when the ground is warm enough to work up and play in daily. Plant them in a full sun location (giving them 6-8 hours of direct sunlight) and enjoy blooms all summer long. They will bloom and provide you with color and abundant flowers for cutting and enjoying throughout the summer.
The more you cut a dahlia plant, the more it will bloom. Most cut dahlias will last up to 5 days once cut and treated.

Love her! The blooms last forever in a vase - I was shocked. I would say this is an average producer but every bloom is worth the wait. I don't even like lavendar that much and this is my favorite new dahlia of the year. I should have cut the first flush deeper as the plant is fully 8' tall and I'll be harvesting the next batch with a ladder.

This variety is absolutely stunning! My only issue is that she was a small plant, not very prolific and didn't produce many tubers. Ill try again next year!!!

This was the most stunning dahlia I have ever grown! Absolutely lovely. Large gorgeous flowers that keep well after cutting. I took a bouquet with Mikayla Miranda to a funeral. Everyone loved it. I can’t say enough about it.
