  • "I wanted to tell you how wonderfully your dahlias are performing in my garden, despite the fact that they have had less than perfect conditions! What a dynamite flower...alone, it's a very pale yellow, but it really 'pops' in bouquets. It sets off other colors well, and seems to pick up a stronger yellow hue. I just got it this year, and I like it so much I'm getting another. It just started blooming, and is going like gangbusters. Stem length/strength is great, and I didn't even have to disbud it. All-around great dahlia!!
If you like yellow, this is for you

This is such a happy shade of yellow. The flowers are gorgeous and have long stems perfect for cutting and using in arrangements. The stems aren't super thick and strong, but I haven't had any problems with bending. Excellent cut flower. This is one of those dahlias where the growth habit of the plant itself is to be tall and spindly, so you definitely need to stake it, and I also recommend pinching out the center when it's about a foot or so tall.
